Beetroot provides betalain pigments (betacyanins) used for natural red hues. The final shade and hue stability depend on pH, heat and light exposure of the formulation.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light and oxygen. Use FIFO; refrigerated storage improves permanence. Region-specific compliance (INS/E-numbers) and TDS/COA are available on request — request samples and certificates for batch-specific data.

Technical note:

Betalains are heat and pH sensitive — consider lower-heat process steps or encapsulated/stabilized grades for products exposed to high temperature or light during processing and storage.
